This apartment has one bedroom, one bath and a living/ dining room with kitchen and a private and spacious balcony that wraps around the unit with sliding doors accessible from both the living and bedroom. Amazing ocean and beach views are to be enjoyed from each room and the balcony. This unit was constructed in 2005 and has all the modern amenities one expects from a modern but tropical aparment. The privacy is amazing and you will feel as though the entire South Ridge belongs to you.

Long Description

The beach is only minutes in walking distance with a wide variety of dining and entertainment and shopping possibilities across the beach on the north ridge of Flamingo. Another advantage of this unit is it is close to everything but far away to feel secluded enough to truly enjoy the daily monkey visits and experience the variety of wildlife directlly in front of you!
